Job Requirements

  • Preparation of meals and nourishments using standardized recipes and according to the therapeutic needs.
  • Practice appropriate infection control measures such as hand washing and maintaining food in safe temperature zones.
  • Use standardized recipes and production sheet to avoid over/under production.
  • Properly use clean, sanitized, and maintained equipment in the kitchen.
  • Clean and sanitize work area according to cleaning schedules.
  • Provide oversight to dietary aide position.
